When items are in stock your delivery will take between three and seven working days within Main Land UK using Royal Mail. Ireland and International shipping will vary. All parcels require signature upon arrival to delivery address.

If an item is “out of stock” you will be advised of the date when more stock is due before you place your order. During exceptionally busy times, such as the launch of a catalogue or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery.

Claims for lost outgoing parcels cannot be made until enough time has passed to allow for delays in the post, generally 10 working days. We also ask customers to ensure that they make their claim within a reasonable length of time.

Any items damaged in transit or any discrepancies with orders must be reported within 2 days of receipt so please check your delivery on arrival.

Refunds

14 DAYS TO RETURN

We are happy to refund or exchange any item (including sale items) within 14 days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind. Please look and read our terms and conditions.

HOW TO RETURN?

  • Email us at ringorosies@yahoo.co.uk   with details of your order including order number
  • We will reply to confirm your refund and issue you a returns form
  • Package your items carefully, with each item in its original perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers)
  • Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
  • Returns are paid by the customer

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

  • Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
  • Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
  • For orders paid with Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit.
